Full Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Estimating and pricing of work
- Sub contractor procurement and accounts
- Cost control
- Taking off quantities from drawings
- Agreement of invoices
- Preparation of interim and final accounts
Skills & Experience:
- Broad range of quantity surveying and shopfitting experience
- Numerate and accurate
- Ability to work to strict timescales and deadlines within a pressurised environment
- Assertive but with the ability to build rapport
- Flexible working approach with the ability to stay away from home if required at short notice
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
